Firmware updater for iRig Mic Field

To prevent noise issues please update the firmware on the iRig Mic Field.
The firmware update is done quickly via the latest iRig Recorder app update.

To update the firmware on your iRig Mic Field, please do the following:

  1. Launch the App Store on your iOS device
  2. Download the iRig Recorder Free or Full update (v.2.0.2). Click here.
  3. Launch the iRig Recorder app.
  4. Connect the iRig Mic Field to your iOS device.
  5. Once connected, a popup window will appear regarding the firmware update.
  6. Tap 'Yes' to update the firmware

NOTE: Do not disconnect the iRig Mic Field until the process is complete.
