Total Studio 3 MAX Livestream April 9

Engineer Marcella Araica and producer Mark Linett discuss MixBox

To celebrate the release of Total Studio 3 MAX and the opening of IK Multimedia's new U.S. recording facility, we're continuing our series of livestreams this week with a focus on MixBox, IK's powerful 500-series style mixing and mastering plug-in included in Total Studio 3 MAX.

Host Dave "Squids" Kerzner will begin with an overview of MixBox and how it fits into TS3 MAX. He'll also talk about what gear was modeled to create MixBox and later pose a question that could enable you to win a copy of MixBox for yourself. So take notes and don't miss that.

Guests on the show will be Marcella Araica and Mark Linett. Dave will speak with Marcella about how she uses MixBox, and she'll discuss some of her favorite features and applications.

During the stream, Dave will be doing a live demo of Mark Linett's new signature preset pack that IK is offering free to all MixBox users. And speaking with Mark, you'll discover how these presets came to be, and how they can best be put to successful use in your own music.

Learn how to make better mixes. Join Dave and his special guests this Friday, April 9, at 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT.
