Beat Magazine on the New iRigs

"iRig Stream Solo and Pro are great for podcasters, DJs and YouTubers!"

If you're looking for an interface to connect gear to your smartphone, you've come to the right place. IK has a solution for you. Two of our solutions made Beat magazine's list of 2021's best new gear for all podcasters, DJs and YouTubers.

First is the iRig Stream Solo. Here's how Beat magazine describes it in their 2021 gear roundup:

"The battery-powered iRig Stream Solo model has two RCA line connectors and a headphone output. The latter is also intended for headsets, for example, to connect a microphone."

For more connectivity, consider the second iRig that made Beat's list, the iRig Stream Pro. Here's what they say about this more pro-level mobile interface:

"These connections are also present on the iRig Stream Pro, which acts as a complete audio interface with a resolution of 24-bits at 96 kHz.

"On this model, however, there are two headphone outputs. The second output will be of interest for mixers and cameras. A microphone (with phantom power) can be connected to the XLR input."

Both iRigs include software for smartphones. "iOS users get iRig Recorder LE and Android users get iRig Recorder 3."
